It's an incredibly effective tactic, and perfectly timed. Another half-second and he would have gotten enough weight pitched forward to make yanking him backwards much more difficult than it is now. Jihwan's pulled right off the rail and over back, and if he isn't caught he's going to wind up sprawled right across the sidewalk on his back, stunned and blinking rapidly up at the sky.
