The alarm was sounded at eleven in the morning, the day after Eggsy visited.

The alarms should have gone off before then, but Harry had hacked the machines, pulling and stripping wires and looping the feedback back into itself so there was no sign that he was no longer connected.

He had borrowed clothes by picking his way through the hospital, acquiring one item after another, cards and pass codes and by the time he left, he was dressed and had loose cash, a pilfered phone from a wanker who refused to turn it off and said wanker's credit card, which he used to withdraw the maximum he could and then tossed.

With more CCTV than any other city in the world, he then vanished off the grid.

By the time Eggsy was brought in by Merlin at quarter past midday, Merlin was waiting for another ping from a new internet cafe, the various footage of Harry's escape running behind him, being analysed by technicians for any hints.

"He realised he'd been made and vanished from the last internet cafe in under two minutes. He was off the cameras again within five. You're being authorised to locate and bring in Galahad, before he becomes a target or, worse, gives himself a stroke."

"No. I don't. Not with him."

Because Harry was a handful at the best of times and this was not the best of times. Still he let Eggsy's hand go and sank down next to him instead, relaxing half on the bed and half on Eggsy. "Very well, see, behaving."

"He isn't videotaping us kissing, is he?" He asked, staring up at the camera, even as he slid an arm around Harry, holding him close.

"He doesn't trust you to listen to no. Did you catch that?"

"I hope not. It's not for him." Though he'd happily steal the tapes.

He settled finally, tucked in close. "He thinks I could persuade you to do fairly well anything to satisfy my perverse imagination."

"When I don't have to face you having a seizure? I can't argue him," he said, meaning it. "Though why does he think you're such a damn sex fiend? Did I miss something?"

"I have no idea." He didn't. What with the amnesia. "Maybe I have a reputation. Maybe he simply sees the way I look at you."

"Now I got to ask around," he said, stroking his hand along Harry's arm. "How many broken hearts has Harry left in these halls," He mused out loud, mostly playing, because he could.

"Surprisingly few. He usually keeps his hands off co-workers," Merlin replied.

Eggsy smirked, figuring he could get an answer. "Lucky me then," he said, sounding as smug as he looked. That was definitely what he wanted to hear.

Harry was a seducer, a charmer and didn't really do 'relationships' before but he hadn't burned a trailed through his workplace, because that was a disastrous idea on so many levels.

He pressed a light kiss to Eggsy's jaw.

"Mmmm." The sound was soft, content, and just still amazed this was a thing, something that was even happening.

"You know, we should get you up and maybe go for a walk at some point. Good for you and healing, I would bet. A small one," he added to he who was spying on them. For their own good but still.

"You should walk me down to the gun range. So I know where it is."

"You will do no such thing, Gawain. He's not cleared for it and once he knows where it is, he'll let himself in when he shouldn't."

Harry was already a bit distracted, making himself not let his hands wander how he wanted. Because he gave his word.

"You know, I was thinking... Oh bloody hell," he said, rolling his eyes. "It's like me mum using my full name," he teased, smirking as he shifted, body undulating to adjust himself on the bed.

"Not like he'd have clearance. The man that takes away all the fun has the way to change that," he noted, enjoying himself far too much.

"No, I don't. The Kingsman doctor can give that and while he has exposed pins and screws in his head near his ears and unable to wear ear protection, he can't be cleared."

"You're systematically taking away all my fun, Merlin." Harry was watching Eggsy as he said it.

"You're telling me you can't lock him out of there? Really?" He didn't believe that. Not in the least. 'But why do you act like I would let him hurt himself?"

He shifted, making a point of looking directly, pointedly at the camera. "You know what I'll do to protect those I care about, Merlin, so don't act like you're the only one here that cares for him."

Shaking his head, feeling hurt that Merlin would think he'd even do that.

He looked back to Harry. "And he's already threatened to take me too."

"Because he won't do it while you're around."

Harry shrugged slightly, but that was very true. While Eggsy was keeping him occupied, he was more likely to behave, but once he got bored and curious, he would start to explore and start testing his being remembered skills.

"Then don't send me to Australia," he said without a single hint of hesitation. "Seems to solve a lot of your problem."

Not that he believed he would be there constantly. Showers. Meals. Debriefings. Anything.

"Then we need to come up with better answers than sitting in this bed and babysitting JB."

[fucking_gentleman]

"Medical restraints come to mind," Merlin growled.

"Why Merlin, I never knew you felt that way," Harry purred.

"Why you- Fuck." The line went dead.

"Hm. I guess something needs his attention more than I do."

Eggsy rolled his eyes, making a face. "One, he thinks you wouldn't find a way out of them? Two, mental images I don't need, thanks you two," he said, even if there was only one of them left.

"Ugh, hope that doesn't mean he's going to be calling me out soon," he said with a snort.

"I have little taste for being tied and bound." He walked his fingers up Eggsy's hip to his chest and pressed his hand over his heart.

"It's certainly possible. Everything is still in a lot of upheaval."

"Get this. That don't surprise me at all," he said, not imagining Harry as the beind bound type.

Canting his head slightly, watching the way he was teasing his fingers over Eggsy's chest. He knew his heart was racing, not moving away from that touch despite that.

"Will you try and not make him set off the alarms if he does? I'm gonna worry enough."

"That's positive cheating. I approve." He leaned in and stole a very light kiss, completely chaste. "I'll try to behave and not cause any undue worry when you get called away to work."

He murred at that kiss, smiling. "I'm going to do whatever I can to get you back in the field with me." Said even knowing it might not happen. Not if he didn't get his eye back.

[fucking_gentleman]

"Eggsy, my darling boy, I have one eye, shaking in my right hand and foot and migraines and mild seizures. It might be a while before I'm approved for the field."

Plus he had no reliable memory.

"Shhh," he said, giving him a look. "I can have my delusions," he said. Because otherwise he had to face that eventually he would be back in the field. He was a damn good agent, after all, and even in his self deprecating with Harry, he knew that. One of the best they had active. Him and Roxy.

[fucking_gentleman]

Harry hummed agreeably and lightly tugged Eggsy's hair to see how he'd react, if he'd arch, moan, protest, try and free himself...

"Merlin's been generous to give you this much time, really."
